Terms of Service

Welcome to Finviro. Read these terms carefully before you use the platform. When you use the site or subscribe to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. What is Finviro?

Finviro is an educational and analytical content service. It explains and analyzes US markets and the macro economy through reports, market reads, learning tools and paper trading (simulated, with no real money).

The platform works like an analytical newsletter: we explain, simplify and show the data.

2. What the platform is not

Finviro is not a trading platform. You cannot buy or sell stocks, contracts or any other asset through it. We are not a licensed financial firm, a broker, a licensed financial adviser or a company registered to provide investment services. The platform is run independently as a content project.

3. The content is educational, not financial advice

Everything published on the platform (analysis, numbers, levels and learning ideas) is for education and general information only. It is not:

  • A recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
  • Personal financial or investment advice.
  • A promise or guarantee of any profit.

Your financial decisions are your own responsibility. Consult a licensed professional before you make any decision.

4. Plans and subscription

A Finviro plan is a subscription to analytical and educational content (reports, market reads, tools and explanations). It pays for the work of preparing this content. It is not the purchase of a financial product or service, and it is not a promise of any result.

5. Free trial

  • When you register, you get a free trial of all platform tools. Its length is shown on the plans page (currently five trading sessions).
  • The trial needs no payment details. It ends on its own on schedule, does not turn into a paid subscription and never charges you.
  • One trial per person.

6. Cancelling the subscription and closing the account

  • Stop renewal: from the subscription page at any time. Your subscription keeps all its features until the end of its term.
  • Close the account: go to “Subscription and payments”, then “Close account”. Access ends at once, and the unused part of a paid subscription is not refunded (section 7).
  • After closing, your data stays saved and you can reopen the account by signing in with your email. An ended subscription does not come back. To ask us to erase your data permanently, open a ticket from the support page.

7. Payment

  • You pay for subscriptions by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure page at a certified payment processor, or with crypto through FinviroPay.
  • Prices are in US dollars. The price you see is the full amount you pay, processing fees included. Buyers in Saudi Arabia pay in Saudi riyals at the fixed rate of 3.75. The payment processor may show the amount in your local currency at its own exchange rate.
  • You get an invoice for every payment by email as soon as the subscription starts, and it stays in your account.
  • No automatic renewal: each period is a separate payment you decide on.
  • Crypto transactions are final and cannot be reversed on the network.
  • You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. We are not responsible for transfer errors or changes in the coin price.
  • Because the digital content is available as soon as you subscribe, fees are non-refundable once the subscription is active and you have access to the content.
  • As an exception, at its sole discretion, the platform may refund up to the last successful payment if a payment or activation error is confirmed (such as a duplicate charge). The refund goes back through the same payment gateway.

8. Risks

Trading and investing in markets, crypto and options carries high risk, up to the loss of all your capital. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee any future result. Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Content “as is”

Content and data are provided “as is”. They may come from outside sources that can be late or wrong. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness, or that the platform will run without interruption.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Give correct information and do not share your account.

11. Intellectual property

All platform content, designs and tools belong to the platform. You may not copy, resell, distribute or republish them without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the platform, its owner and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) that comes from your use of the platform or your reliance on any of its content.

13. Indemnity

You agree to protect and compensate the platform, its owner and its operators for any claims or losses that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

14. Termination and changes

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. An update applies as soon as we publish it, and your continued use means you accept it.

15. Law and contact

These terms follow the laws that apply where the platform is run. If any section is found unenforceable, the other sections stay in force. For any question, contact us through the help page.
