Finviro billing and refund policy

What you pay for, when it activates, and when you get a refund. Version 2026-10-13.

What is the service?

Finviro Terminal: a subscription to a digital platform that analyzes and displays financial data (a software service). It gives no investment advice and no buy or sell recommendations, manages no money, and executes no trades.

Terms

  • The service is digital: access activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the invoice appears in your account.
  • The platform shows, analyzes and explains data. It gives no buy or sell recommendations; the decision and its responsibility are yours.
  • The free trial is available before you pay so you can evaluate the service. Once you start using a paid period, its fees are not refunded.
  • You get a full refund if you were charged twice by mistake, or if your subscription could not be activated and we did not fix it within 2 business days.
  • No automatic renewal: each period is a separate payment you decide on.
  • For any payment problem, message us before opening a dispute with the payment provider. We reply within one business day.

Payment methods

  • Crypto via FinviroPay (BTC · USDT · ETH · and more).
  • PayPal Bank card or PayPal account.

Every payment has an invoice in your account under "My invoices".

  • Digital service: access is activated immediately after payment is confirmed, and the invoice is available in your account.
  • The platform displays, analyses and explains financial data. It does not give buy/sell recommendations; decisions and their responsibility are yours.
  • A free trial is available before payment to evaluate the service. Once the paid period has started, its fee is non-refundable.
  • Full refund for duplicate payments, or if activation fails and is not fixed within two business days.
  • No automatic renewal: each period is a separate payment you choose to make.
  • For any payment issue contact us before opening a dispute with the payment provider; we reply within one business day.
