Frequently asked questions

29 questions in 6 groups, including the objections we hear and our answers. Price, trial length and tool count in the answers are read from the platform itself, so they match what you see on its pages.

What is the platform?

What it offers, who it is for, and what it does not do.
What exactly is Finviro?
A data platform for the US market. It brings together 5 stages read every day: macro and liquidity, then dealer positioning in the options market, then contract and sector flow, then symbol selection, then risk and execution. It has 44 tools, and every number shown comes with its source and update time.
Who is it for? Does it suit beginners?
For traders who deal in US stocks, indices and options and want to know the session environment before deciding. Beginners starting from zero get a free Academy with 3 tracks and a glossary of 198 explained terms, before paying anything.
Do I need a US broker account or to install software?
No. The platform runs in your browser on desktop and phone, does not connect to your broker account, and does not execute trades. You read the data here and act on your decision wherever you like. On your phone, it's a web app you install on your home screen without an app store.
What can I use for free?
Without signing up: the options and Greeks calculator, the position size and breakeven calculators, the scenario lab, market hours, the Academy and glossary, and the track record of published ideas. With a free account, levels for SPY · QQQ · NVDA stay fully open, and other symbols are delayed 15 minutes.
Are Finviro tools built for fast intraday trading or for long-term positioning?

Both, each with its own tools. Session tools update during trading: gamma levels every five minutes for the most traded symbols, net options flow and session direction, and 0DTE contracts. Structure tools are read daily and weekly: financial conditions and macro, open interest and what remains after each session, and institutional positioning from quarterly filings (13F).

The daily read is ordered in five stages, from macro to execution, so intraday traders know the environment they trade in, and those building positions for weeks know what is happening today. The platform explains and simplifies data; it does not trade or give recommendations.

Data and sources

Where the numbers come from, and when they update.
What data does the platform compute?
Gamma Exposure for every covered symbol (212 symbols today): Gamma Flip, Call Wall and Put Wall. Plus options flow and its net premium, financial conditions, Net Liquidity and Treasury auctions, sectors, and institutional positions from official filings.
Where do the numbers come from?
Prices and options chains come from US exchange pricing, yields and liquidity from Federal Reserve and Treasury data, and institutional positions from SEC and US exchange disclosures (SEC). The calculation itself (walls, Gamma Flip and flow) runs in the Finviro engine, and the methodology page explains how each number is computed.
Are the numbers live or delayed?
During the US session, prices update about every minute, and gamma levels every five minutes for the most active tickers and every half hour for the rest. Outside the session, the platform shows the last close and says so next to the number. Net Liquidity is weekly and institutional positions are quarterly, by the nature of their source. Without a subscription, some data is 15 minutes delayed, and the screen says so. Every time shown is in UTC.
Is there a daily report?
Published reports sit in an open archive. But the heart of the platform is the tools themselves: they update all session long and don't wait for a report.
Why does the flow radar track flows every 15 minutes instead of live?

Because the honest intraday number is the volume added since the previous snapshot at the same strike and expiration, not raw daily volume or open interest. Open interest settles once after hours, so it cannot serve as a live measure, and printing trades tick by tick creates noise: a big order is filled in adjacent batches (759 then 758), so it looks like separate events when it is one block.

Fifteen minutes is the shortest window in which adjacent fills group into one execution whose added volume can be measured and compared with an earlier snapshot. It is also the window the engine uses for execution side (at the bid or at the ask), so side and volume are read from the same clock. The radar does not resend its message every fifteen minutes: it sends only when something changes (a new contract, added volume above the threshold, or execution moving within 0.5% of a wall or the Gamma Flip); otherwise it stays quiet. What gets published is checked the next morning after open interest settles: did it stay as a position, or trade away without sticking?

Accuracy and trust

What happens when a number is wrong, and how to check for yourself.
What if a number is wrong?
We show what is missing instead of hiding it. When two places on the platform show different values for the same concept, the number is hidden and replaced with "Number temporarily hidden" plus the reason, and it returns once they agree. When a source is missing, a gray dash takes the number's place with the reason, never a zero or an assumed number. If you see a number frozen while the session is open, tell us the page and the indicator.
How can I check for myself?
Every number in the tools shows its source and time underneath, and whether it is intraday or the closing price, so you can compare it with any price platform you trust. The methodology page explains how it is computed, and the "What we refused to show" page lists what we chose not to publish because it does not hold up.
Do you publish the results of losing trade ideas?
Yes. The track record is open to every visitor without signing up, winners and losers together, and each idea has its entry and exit price and the reason for each. The record describes the past and promises no future result.

Pricing, trial and payment

What you pay, when, and how to stop.
How much is a plan? What's the difference between the two?
The monthly plan is $89 and the yearly plan $690 (about $58 a month, saving 35%). Both plans open the full platform with no exceptions; they differ only in length and price.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Sign-up is free with just your email, and comes with a full trial of every tool for 5 trading sessions, no payment details needed, starting when you confirm your email. Nothing renews on its own afterwards: you see what you pay for before you pay.
How do I pay? Does the plan renew automatically?
Pay with crypto (such as USDT or BTC). The available coins and networks appear in the payment window before you confirm. No card is stored and no bank account is linked to the platform, and your subscription activates only once the payment is confirmed on the network. Because you send the transfer yourself, nothing is charged automatically: renewal is up to you, and access stays until the end of the paid period. Need another payment method? Message us.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time, with no binding contract. As for refunds, the terms of service state that fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated and the content accessed, because the content is digital and available instantly and crypto transactions are final. That is why the free trial comes before any payment.
Why are plans activated only with crypto (such as USDT) and not by bank card?

Finviro activates paid plans by digital transfer (such as USDT or BTC) because its audience is international, card gateways are unavailable or unreliable in many countries, and cross-border bank transfers are delayed or rejected. A BLOCKCHAIN transfer arrives within minutes with no local intermediary.

A blockchain transaction is final: it cannot be reversed by a bank dispute after the data has been used. This keeps the service running once levels and reports have gone out. Fees on networks such as TRC-20 or SOL are usually a fraction of a dollar, compared with the percentage card gateways take plus the currency conversion spread. This is an operating choice, not an invitation to trade crypto. The platform analyzes US stocks and options; the payment method is separate from the desk's tools. Before you transfer: use exactly the network shown on the payment page (such as Tron for USDT). Send the net amount required after your wallet's withdrawal fee so it arrives in full. A wrong network or a short amount is not refunded automatically. If you cannot buy from your country, message support from your account before sending any amount.

Account and support

Login, mobile, and reaching the team.
How do I log in to my account?
With a one-time link sent to your email, or with your Google account, so there is no password to steal. Link didn't arrive? Check your spam folder and wait a minute before requesting a new one.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The web app opens in your phone's browser with no store and no download, and you can add it to your home screen as an icon like any app. Your same account works on it.
Why isn't the app in the app stores?
Because it doesn't need them. The web app updates the moment an update ships, with no review wait and no new version to download. It takes less space on your phone, and its screens are light, so they open on a slow connection. Daily reading is open without an account, and logging in saves your watchlist to your account and turns on alerts on your device.
How do I reach support?
The team replies Monday to Thursday · 09:00 to 13:00 UTC. At any other time, the instant assistant in the chat answers common questions and passes your question to the team when needed.
What data do you keep about me?
Your email and the settings you choose. No payment card and no bank account. Details are in the privacy policy.

Hard questions

Objections we hear, and our honest answers.
Aren't these disguised recommendations? Is this investment advice?
No. The platform explains, simplifies and shows data; the decision and the responsibility are yours. Finviro is not licensed to give financial advice, does not manage money, and does not execute trades. Published trade ideas come with their entry and invalidation levels, their reasoning, and an open record of winners and losers, so you can study and test them in the Scenario Lab before any decision, not copy them as they are.
Why pay when Telegram channels are free?
A free channel gives you its owner's opinion, usually with no source, time or record. Here you get the same numbers that opinion is built on: options walls and Gamma Flip computed for every symbol, each number with its source and time underneath, and an idea log published with its losses. You don't have to take our word for it: a full trial of every tool for 5 trading sessions, no payment details, starting when you confirm your email.
Raw data is free, so what am I paying for?
For the calculation, aggregation and explanation. Options chains run to hundreds of rows per symbol, and they only become a wall or a Gamma Flip after a calculation repeated all session across 212 symbols, then placed next to liquidity, Treasury auctions and flow on one page. If you have the time and tools to do that every morning, you don't need us.
English platforms like SpotGamma are older and broader, so why Finviro?
We don't compare our prices or features with others here; they change and we cannot verify them. What you can verify with us: interface and explanations in English and Arabic, macro and Treasury auctions on the same platform next to options structure, and crypto payment from any country. If you only want the options market, a specialist options platform may suit you; the decision is easier after the trial.
Is the platform available in English?
Clear by design: every financial term is explained the first time it appears, and stock and fund tickers stay as they are (SPY · NVDA · XLK). The platform works in English and Arabic; daily reports and news remain Arabic-only.
A new platform and a small team, so why trust it?
We don't ask for trust up front. Everything shown can be checked: the methodology is published, the idea log is published with its losses, data status is visible to everyone, and a number that does not hold up is hidden, not dressed up. And you try before you pay: a full trial of every tool for 5 trading sessions, no payment details, starting when you confirm your email.

My approach

Data-driven trading strategies and risk management

01

Reading market liquidity

I rely on real financial data. I don't draw random lines; I track dealer liquidity so we trade with the right direction, not against it.

02

Smart trading journal

An exclusive tool I built to analyze your mistakes and history. You will know exactly when and why you lose, so you avoid repeating mistakes and grow your capital.

03

A daily read of financial conditions

A morning summary of macro, liquidity and their effect on stocks, computed from data, not impressions, so you see the big picture before you decide.

04

Daily context · selective execution

Context and liquidity analysis are daily, and the report reaches you every morning. Trade execution is selective: you enter only when the setup is confirmed by data. Daily clarity without pushing you into random trades.
