ما الخدمة؟
Finviro Terminal: اشتراكٌ في منصّةٍ رقميّةٍ لتحليل البيانات الماليّة وعرضها (خدمةٌ برمجيّة). لا تقدّم نصيحةً استثماريّة ولا توصياتِ شراءٍ أو بيع، ولا تدير أموالاً ولا تنفّذ صفقات.
الشروط
- الخدمةُ رقميّةٌ يُفعَّل الوصولُ إليها فورَ تأكيد الدفع، وتصلك فاتورتُها في حسابك.
- المنصّةُ تعرض البياناتِ وتحلّلها وتشرحها. لا تقدّم توصياتِ شراءٍ أو بيع، والقرارُ ومسؤوليّتُه لك.
- التجربةُ المجّانيّةُ متاحةٌ قبل الدفع لتقييم الخدمة. وبعد بدء استعمال الفترة المدفوعة لا تُستردّ رسومُها.
- يُستردّ المبلغُ كاملاً إن دُفع مرّتين بالخطأ، أو تعذّر تفعيلُ الاشتراك ولم نُصلحه خلال يومَي عمل.
- لا تجديدَ تلقائيّ: كلُّ فترةٍ دفعةٌ مستقلّةٌ تقرّرها أنت.
- لأيّ مشكلةٍ في الدفع راسلنا قبل فتح نزاعٍ لدى مزوّد الدفع، ونردّ خلال يوم عمل.
طرق الدفع
- العملاتُ الرقميّة عبر FinviroPay (BTC · USDT · ETH · وغيرها).
بطاقةٌ مصرفيّة أو حسابُ PayPal.
لكلّ دفعةٍ فاتورةٌ في حسابك تحت «فواتيري».
Billing & refund policy (English)
Finviro Terminal: subscription to a digital financial data analytics platform (software service). No investment advice, no buy/sell recommendations, no fund management, no trade execution.
- Digital service: access is activated immediately after payment is confirmed, and the invoice is available in your account.
- The platform displays, analyses and explains financial data. It does not give buy/sell recommendations; decisions and their responsibility are yours.
- A free trial is available before payment to evaluate the service. Once the paid period has started, its fee is non-refundable.
- Full refund for duplicate payments, or if activation fails and is not fixed within two business days.
- No automatic renewal: each period is a separate payment you choose to make.
- For any payment issue contact us before opening a dispute with the payment provider; we reply within one business day.
